Our Story

CyberLeda started with a simple observation: Hamilton businesses deserve better IT support than what they're getting.

We watched local companies struggle with MSPs that promised the world but delivered offshore support, surprise bills, and "security" that was really just basic antivirus. When the City of Hamilton got hit with ransomware in February 2024—costing $18.3 million with insurance denying the claim—it confirmed what we already knew.

Steven brings 25+ years of experience in NOC/SOC operations, ransomware response, and network security. A certified professional (CCNA, CCSP, Security+, pursuing CEH) with hands-on expertise in SentinelOne, Blackpoint SOC, Sophos, and Acronis, he's acted as first responder to ransomware incidents, migrated 100+ SMBs to Azure/M365, and managed security for 5,000+ endpoints. Steven doesn't just implement security—he rebuilds networks with VPNs, MFA, VLANs, and delivers the enterprise-grade protection your business deserves.

Marc bridges finance and technology with 25+ years of experience, specializing in automation-driven cybersecurity for SMBs. He builds agentic RAG systems and Python workflows that transform raw security data into actionable decisions. With extensive database expertise (5,000+ hours in Microsoft Access, SQL/PostgreSQL, Excel, VBA) and certifications in data analytics and Microsoft technologies, Marc modernizes legacy systems and integrates them into reliable, cloud-ready platforms. His QuickBooks ProAdvisor credentials provide a rare blend of cybersecurity, data, and financial insight that ensures both protection and business continuity for CyberLeda clients.
